Where and How could I place a catering order?

All orders can be taken my phone  (305) 300 3465 and by sending your catering service at request@bruleefoodservice.com

We are currently working to implement in our system an automated ORDER NOW for your convenience.

How long do I have to place my order?

All order must be place with a minimum of 48 hours in advance. 

Can I change or add to my order?

Yes, any changes or additional to the order is due no later than 72 hours in advance. Any changes within 48-24 hours of the event, will be subject to additional charges and prior approval from our Kitchen Manager.

How can I pay for my service?

Credit card, Debit card, Zelle, Company Check, ACH payment or Cash; just ask one of our customer representatives to accommodate your desire payment. 

Do I have to make a deposit and how much?

Yes, all events required a deposit of 80% of the total catering invoice to secure your date and labor cost. Customer understands that 100% of catering services must be paid 5 days prior event. A Credit Card must be placed on hold as part of our payment policy; no charge will be made unless customer breaches default payment agreement.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Deposits are NOT refundable

-A 50% cancellation charge will apply to any Catering or Event Items related cancelled less than ten (10) days before delivery.

-A 100% cancellation charge will apply to any Catering or Event items related cancelled less than three (5) days before delivery.

Credits may be applied for future events within 120 days

Does the company offer special food as gluten-free, organic or vegetarian?

Yes, we offer a variety of healthy, vegan, and customized menu like breakfast, appetizers, lunch, dinners and more.

Customers understand that our Kitchen Facility is not a Gluten- Free environment.

What if I have a food allergy?

We are sensitive to people with food allergies, we urge anyone with a food allergy to let us know in advance so that we can prepare a delicious meal that will be safe for you.

Where do your source of food come from?

Our food is from a local suppliers and fresh sources.

What are the portion sizes?

Our portion sizes are from 6oz-8oz. on Proteins and Sides.

What options of food you offer?

Our talented chefs provide unique flavors from Europe to the Americas.

Upbeat and approachable, our Chefs will always be ready to help you along to develop the menu that will cater to the preferences of your palette.

Do you offer tasting?

Yes, we do offer it, it costs $100.00 up to 4 people; if you are completely satisfied with the tasting and agreed to do with us the catering service, the $100.00 will be refunded to your final invoice.

What is you minimum to order and how does the pricing work?

Our Menu pricing was created per person and we offer a minimum of 20 person or more.

What the company do with leftover food?

It will be duly packed and delivered to the customer.

Customer is responsible for keeping excess food at a temperature suitable for preventing contamination from eating and spreading foodborne diseases.

Does your driver serve food?

No, our logistic staff provide the following service: they deliver, setup, pick-up, and packaged leftovers. 

Does your company provide servers and bartenders?

Yes, we do provide a complete event’s staff previously discussed and approved in advance by the customer.

Price range between $35.00-$40.00 p/h

Does your staff clean up after the events?

Yes, our staff will leave the place as it was when we setup the catering. We do not take out trash from events; if needed, additional cost may apply.

Does your company offer delivery, and what are the cost?

Our delivery has a cost range from $75.00 an up depending on the distance.

Does the company offer service on weekends?

Yes, we do.

How much time it takes the staff to setup and take down?

It may take between 30-45 minutes. Depending on the service needed.

Does your company provide beverages, coffee, and alcohol?

We do provide soft beverages and coffee, but no alcohol. You might purchase your own alcohol, but Brulee Food Service is not responsible whatsoever for issues derived by the consumption of alcohol by their guest.

-Our Certified Bartenders will not tolerate the consumption of alcohol to minors.

-Our Certified Bartenders have the right to deny alcohol to any guest that might be intoxicated.

How my information is secure?

Your personal information is safe with us. We do not sell or share your personal information to any other outside party.
